Navigraph offers free support for all registered users. If you need assistance, please follow whit check list:
- First check the Technical FAQ for issues relating to our software products or our website, or the Account FAQ for account and payment related issues. Maybe your question has already been answered by someone else before you. This is were we you will find the answers to the most common questions.
- The Knowledge Base section on this website is also a useful source of information. This contains a table over known issues in the nDAC software. If we are aware of the problem, we are most likely working on it, or have it in mind for future releases.
- A third option is to search the Support Forum. We created the forum because we wanted to openly solve support issues so that they could be searched and used by others at a later date. Therefore we aim to be as detailed as possible in this forum because we rather explain something once and good. Therefore we hope that you use the forum with a similar approach.
- If your search does not yield any answers, try a posting in the Support Forum. We have seven moderators working hard for you so we hope that you give your posting some thought first. This way it can be useful for someone else a bit later. Detail your problem with screen captures and error logs where appropriate.
However, you should note that questions relating to your personal account and information that you should not let other see, should be emailed to account{at}navigraph.com. The reception of your issue is confirmed with a ticket. Keep this ticket in your subject whenever you email us with additional information about the current support issue We can only answer questions in English or Swedish.
